Women's Committee Member Jennifer Parsons has graced us with a wonderful recipe for all of the blueberry lovers! Thanks Jennifer!
Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 (3oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 2 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cups sugar 1 pt. Fresh Blueberries
Directions: 1. Mix cream cheese and sugar together. 2. In separate bowl, mix milk and pudding mix till thick. 3. Pour pudding into cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. 4. Wash blueberries and pat dry with paper towels. 5. Fold in blueberries. I always add more blueberries. 6. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours prior to serving.
